SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders received within 3 - 5 working days and use a tracked 24hr service from Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email on the day of dispatch, with tracking details, and can expect delivery the next day.

REFUND POLICY
Our bakes are perishable and we are therefore unable to offer a refund on your purchase. However, please contact us if you have any issues and we will do our best to help.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Obviously we work extremely hard to achieve perfection, but in the unlikely event you need to exchange your order for the same item, please send us an email and send the defective product to our address.
